Very cool. These guys are good, particularly considering that Umea is way, way up in the north and frozen over a big part of the year. And, classical quirky Swedish humor, the real thing ;-)

These guys are Swedish, and -though I don't know much about that- I liked the music too.

hi Christina, didn't see you yesterday, hope you didn't end up going to the wrong spot in the sunset! looks like you have a busy schedule... but i might be able to show you some stuff to get you started.. might be easier than we think- depending on what part of the city you're in. i don't know if you'd/i'd consider myself a "coach" but i'm better than learning off of youtube! ;)

Hey Christina, glad you're joining the girls and sorry if I didn't reply to your Q about coaching (I'd get notified only if you'd post it on my!).

I would consider this class, if I'd be you and it would work w/my schedule...
Talk to Jodie and Haley (orem) tomorrow, they both have trained there at times.
Have fun!

Hey, thanks for info! I'd love to join your Berkeley jam, but I'm working Saturdays... Actually, despite your advice against it, I would like to find a coach. Due to my unusual working times and a generally busy schedule I'll have difficulties joining many of your jams. I'd like to understand some basics -- and then train myself from there. I'm a former gymnast, and in decent shape, but lack the 'eye' for how to approach the type of obstacles PK work with. Any tips on a coach would be greatly appreciated - while keeping your wise words in mind ;-)

Make sure you check out these "guys", and their programs...

Take a look at this to find how what you've gotten yourself into...
Hopefully we'll see you indoor or outdoor soon!
