Train Hard - Stay Humble

Ok, i'm at home now, yes. But the way I see it I'm fortunate enough to have two homes, two pk families, so whether I'm going to SF or going to LA, I'm always coming home :)
Sappiness aside, I got some good training in over the break and started learning some flips and double kongs and stuff in the gym. I'd like to see if I can at least take the double kong outside ;) And it was funny seeing my (biological) family back east this Christmas cause I got a few comments of how buff I'd gotten. Buff or not, it's incredible knowing how much stronger I've become, and after a year of training I'm very thankful for all the people I've met and all I've learned from them. Parkour and its community has definitely lead me to grow quite a bit in mind, body, and spirit.
