Hello everyone!
It's about time I get around to this...I was supposed to start making “progress posts” throughout the year, but school took up a LOT of my time. But now that summer is finally here, I have much more time to practice what I love most - Parkour, Freerunning, and Tricking. Keep in mind, though, that -most likely- if it will happen again next year, it may move to somewhere else on the West Coast, depending on which community would be interested and ready to organize it.
The most likely candidate would be LA, since PKCali is on board from the start with planning for this first edition.

What I like about this vid is that it makes parkour look like it's slowing everything down instead of speeding things up, like most vids portray it.
It seems to sacrifice the physical side of parkour to portray more of the (dare I say it) spiritual…
