This is my first Parkour/Freerunning sampler. I have been meaning to film one, but whenever I would start to film, I wouldn't like what I captured, delete it, and train instead. This time I am forcing myself to put a video up. How can I progress if…

Great first blog... To your questions: - among other things necessary to be a “good” Traceur/Traceuse (love the quotations on good here...), the first two the pop into my mind, are: "training hard" and "staying humble"... - the second is: learning…

We all know how hard it is to get up to the jams in SF every weekend. How about organizing a couple jams closer to home and repping the South Bay?

Training Log 2

Today was a rest day for me with no real training commitments, so I decided to prepare a sampler video. This is another thing I have been putting off...I would film a little bit, play it back, not like it, and then delete the video altogether. I kept on telling myself that I should train more until I film and put a video up on the Internet, but I am now forcing myself to put a video up. I noticed that some people on YouTube who are now considerably skilled Traceurs had “noob” videos. In those vi… Continue

Training Log 1

Hello everyone!

It's about time I get around to this...I was supposed to start making “progress posts” throughout the year, but school took up a LOT of my time. But now that summer is finally here, I have much more time to practice what I love most - Parkour, Freerunning, and Tricking. I only had time to practice for maybe 1 or 2 hours every 3 days or so during the school months, but I have created a schedule for this summer that consists of 6 days of practice from afternoon till sundown. This… Continue

...as of now we don't know if the MWCJ will be a reoccurring event, while it would be nice of course.

Keep in mind, though, that -most likely- if it will happen again next year, it may move to somewhere else on the West Coast, depending on which community would be interested and ready to organize it.

The most likely candidate would be LA, since PKCali is on board from the start with planning for this first edition.
Thanks for asking!

What I like about this vid is that it makes parkour look like it's slowing everything down instead of speeding things up, like most vids portray it. It seems to sacrifice the physical side of parkour to portray more of the (dare I say it) spiritual…
