+1 on what SafeNSure said. Everyone develops their own strengths and at different rates so there'll always be plenty to do and different paths to take (one of the beauties of pk: its sensitivity to individual differences).

We are much more about climbing up than jumping down (or around...)
This may very well be the most beginners and females (unrelated!) friendly parkour community out there.
Hope you are gonna check out one of the upcoming training sessions soon.
Also, you have a good group of fellow east bayers driving in regularly, check the RIDES thread for details...
Soon Orem and Andrea will be back too and they live in your neighborhood also, check them out in the members section.
