I think one of the best things I did for my training was to stop trying to make "the most" of a training session. That's not to say that I accept mediocre efforts on my part (I do slack more than I would like, but I think I'm okay at containing it...

If you have ideas for micro-session suitable spots, list them in the two discussions below, for midday and late pm trainings.
