Event Description

Meeting as always in front of Doe library at 6pm, warmups until about 6.40pm, then moving to various spots around campus.

I would like to do some running follow-the-leader through campus so be prepared to move with all your gear if no one wants to train in a single spot until the run is complete (probably 2-4 minutes at a time)

We should be out for about 2hrs, call if you get there late and we've moved along, 415.314.0370.

Beginners welcome and encouraged.
