Event Description

Massive May Momentum!

I hope you Ladies are able to make the Massive West Coast Jam!

And then let's keep on training! This location is one of the best for being outside, running around, jumping around, and learning a ton of stuff.

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. We'll stretch, warm up, condition, and get into it!

Easy parking at the Presidio YMCA Main Post gym, right HERE

Contact me for scooter shuttle service from a spot along Geary.

Thanks ladies! I learned so much yesterday. I'll definitely be working on my pop-ups and dashes this week. palm spin is still pretty scary though.

yeah, let's do the Presidio, it's underused. Jam is on as stated above!

So... Presidio then?

Anyone need a ride? I'm coming from the Inner Richmond (I know, I really ought to just bike but...) Give me a call/txt: eight.zero.five-five.zero.nine-three.three.three.five

ok ok! lower presidio is still in the game, now that i've thoroughly changed everything up, but not really technically. so what say you ladies?

well the Presidio spot is hard to get to especially with weekend #29 service (but often worth it so that's why i shuttle from accessible spots).

you can get to the West Sunset spot with the #71, #29, or the N Judah. and the K goes right to Sloat.

i'll post the final location by the end of the day Friday, so again if you have any preferences, let me know. thanks!

My druthers would be for a spot with easy public transportation access, otherwise I'd need to bum a ride from someone.

I'm up for whatever. Since I've been to West Sunset, it might be cool to check out another spot, but I'm cool with whatever works for everyone.
