Event Description

Hey Ladies! It's our 6-month mark! ...so i'm taking us back to the site of our very first womens jam =)

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. Safety is paramount, so a positive example is set by the more experienced practitioners. We will warm up, stretch, and slowly progress, and have fun while keeping a beginner mentality.
