Event Description

first girl's-only training of the year!

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. Safety is paramount, so a positive example is set by the more experienced practitioners. We will warm up, stretch, and slowly progress, and have fun while keeping a beginner mentality.

if you (Ladies) haven't done so yet, sign up for BApk Girls where we'll have some relevant information and discussions. also, get some updates and reminders, and ask questions too!

i'm coming from rockridge (just under berkeley) but i don't have a car. i use public transit - all you gotta do is ride the BART to Montgomery station, then take the 38 bus down Geary. Get off when the bus reaches 30th st and you're there! :)

Well, unfortunately I will not be attending. I have twisted my ankle and it is rather an inconvenience! It will be a while before I can join in the practices and work outs. So sometime in the future.............

It's been a while since my first womens jam, but i'm finally getting my post-holiday sundays somewhat cleared up again. Luckily my first-time-soreness memories are vague at this point. Yay!
