Train Hard - Stay Humble
This will be a conditioning session designed to develop strength and agility for parkour and was created those that have trouble getting across the bay for the session with kaos. It will involve a lot of precision jumping, quadrupedal movement, various body lifts, wall work, etc.
Location: Berkeley Campus
Time: Each Monday starting at 6:00pm
Starting Date: Monday Jan. 19.
Meeting Spot: North-East corner of Doe Library, Berkeley Campus. [Go to the North-East corner. There is a ramp heading West. The session will start at the end of that ramp.]
