Event Description
This is the regular Thursday night session at UC Berkeley.
We'll meet 6pm in front of Doe Library, warm up, possibly do some light conditioning, then have open jamming for another 2 hours or so.
We will have some directed exercises with emphasis on building a solid foundation for safe and progressive learning. This is recommended for all skill levels but especially important for novices and those new to physical training.
This happens EVERY WEEK!

Yes, this happens every Thursday. Attendance lately has been high recently- in the 10-15 range- and includes people from BApk, SFPK, CalParkour, facebook, etc., as well as people who aren't on any online pk groups.
