Event Description

Weekly training on the Berkeley campus.

We'll meet 6pm in front of Doe Library, do some light conditioning, then have free training for another 2 hours or so. All are welcome to join, any skill level, assistance and instruction for new people is available. This happens EVERY WEEK!

This session is organized on SFPK, here, and on a Facebook group (Cal Parkour, I encourage you to join, just opened to global). Lately we've been getting >10 people, so there will be no shortage of people to train with.

One warning, the session tomorrow will have a couple students from a local art college making a film featuring parkour. If you have objections to being filmed, just let me and the camerapeople know, you will be accomodated.
