This Sunday we'll just repeat the session at GWHS, given that the last one was very good, and we can keep on practicing around that new spot even in absence of Chris...

No, but seriously, I was exactly scared like you 3 minutes before, and breaking it down as Seng said, and then speeding/powering it up progressively worked so well with me, that I had no doubt you could do it too...

awesome day...my ankles and my feet in general are sore. thanks to gorgio for pushing me to do the gate vaultwhen i was freakin out about it. definatley was worth it

8/9 peeps short and powerful training, with Jack and Sin joining us for the first time.

Warm-up, some basic vaults, rolls and more advanced vaults at the field, then rail-galore with some nice runs and climbs...

We have to keep on making good use of that awesome new-not-new railing area, before they decide to change to the flimsy rails there too...
Damn! THAT would be a good reason to sue the school!

I miss one session and people think I moved...ha.

But seriously. The beginner sessions are bigger than me. There are enough people that beginners can learn from each other. Just work together, be helpful, be respectful....blah blah you know the drill.
