Event Description

This training is mostly going to be focused on beginners. We'll warm-up, stretch, drill vaults, pk (go from one place to another and then go back :) and at the end we'll cool down and a bit of light stretching.

Comment by Just Steve on October 28, 2008 at 5:56pm: Excellent Training this morning! Small group - (Andrey, John (Adhesive), Christina (Deejay) and I. We started at the 18th and California Park, where we stretched and warmed up. Then we jogged over to another park at 25th and California. Trained Underbars, Cat leaps, Rail balance, Turn vaults, precisions, kongs, wall runs and finally - Put it all together in one last run. Ending with more stretching. Super fun and learned alot. Thanks Andrey and John. Nice to meet Christina too. I may have to call in sick every Tuesday! ;)
