the drop is about 11.5 in. we measured it.

look up the advanced roll tutorial on this website. It'll help. Also, do some quad workouts before you try it on anything to high...

Well the first part was technically freerunning..... ;)

I agree with SafeNSure though, you guy should work on your rolls a lot more. Even if it doesn't hurt upon landing, it will in a couple years. Stay off the high drops; your knees will thank you later. The dash vault was damn good though; I'd like to see more vaults.

Nice spins!
That drop at 0:07 looks a bit high (9/10'?) for that quality roll... looks like you took it most on the knees.
You might wanna practice it from a bit lower and try rolling forward instead of down.
