Train Hard - Stay Humble

SafeNSure asked if I'd share my vid with your community, so here it is.
It's nothing flash, just training.

It's basically just some footage of training I was doing early this year, and the main idea behind it was to do a vid showing Parkour isn't about being flash but progression and hard work.

Hope you enjoy it

i love this video. And like kaos said, it is pretty refreshing after waching a bunch of videos where all they did were flashy tricks, wich i hate..... its really hard to find a vid with some REAL parkour

This is sooo refreshing after seeing some local videos that have the complete opposite focus.

inspiring to say the least. i loved watching your control, the kind of control that only comes with excessive training, practice, and experience. thank you for sharing this (and thanks safensure for asking him to)

THANKS Argie!
Your concept of parkour is "GRAIT!" (hehehe...)

No seriously: your and our understanding of parkour is not a "concept", it's just Le Parkour!
As beginners, intermediate and advanced, we do, and we will, train based on progression and hard work!

Not only: as a community goal we want to convey to the general public the concept of parkour being: accessible to all, safe, progressively learned, fun -as in satisfactory and exhilarating- but serious.

As somebody smarter than me said: "Parkour is and should be fun, but it's a discipline, not a game..."

Hang in here, from time to time, and drop as a note anytime you wish!
