...lol!
In fact, for how blood-thirsty you looked, I'm surprised you didn't jump at my wounded arm, finishing it out with a snap of your jaws!!!

Its probably no surprise that I scolded him for not asking me to spot. Although, he was progressing slowly so I really can't complain.

I can't believe how much of a psycho I look like. Make the video big and freeze frame on my face. I look like I'm ready to bite the head off a bat.

hahaha nice! i like coming home with fresh battle wounds! Its good that u walked it off and recovered so fast. You jump was fine, it was definately an issue wtih those hands, i guess they were sweaty? been there done that =P keep training hard! Hope to see you at GWHS on sunday!

youch. glad to hear nothing broke :) i think it was more not enough forward/downward momentum. your legs didn't fully crouch when they hit the wall, leading me to think there wasn't enough force pushing on them to make them, so instead they just popped you right off... that plus the sweaty hands thing

...yeah. Everybody cringed...

Right forearm went slamming against the step's edge, slowing down the fall.
Looked and felt broken for a sec...

Gotta trust my butt more... lol!

...haha! The hands were sweaty all right!
What a beautiful summery night for a fall...

But no, I did the six steps on the first attempt (after the lower steps), this was the second.
I still have to understand if hand didn't "stick", because:
a. not enough down-movement
b. legs got their (too) earlier and recoiled torso a bit
c. right hand was late (looks from the video)
d. all of the above

But the jump looks all right to me...
Check the screenshots (4steps and 6 steps):
