Are there any more Progressions in the works? It's a great thing you're doing with them, always nice to see a new one get posted.

Well, at least it's not "roofs jumping", which is a big no-no...
Practicing or jumping on roofs, because of the particular characteristic of the architecture, should be discouraged, can get one in trouble, but at least it's not reckless/unsafe...
We have been doing more of these runs at practice lately...
Either in the follow-the-leader form, training improvisation, or as in the video, successive runs, working on efficiency.
did you make this vid pre or post august roof incident?
nice progression video btw, sometimes we get too caught up in working on specific moves and forget the whole point A to point B training method.
