Train Hard - Stay Humble

ParkourVienna(http://www.parkour-vienna.at) was recommended to me by Gabriel (the original G-Man), when he visited Kaos classes past December (some of you may have met him...), as a very progressive group working hard on their Parkour.

This high-speed video (300 to 600 frames per second against the 30 of my flip camcorder...) proves it.

That opening shot was perhaps the most telling. I would have liked to see more close ups of shock waves sent through the body.
