Train Hard - Stay Humble

so i have never been trained in parkour just self training and i am free on most Fridays so if you know about any good spots to train and can help me I can get any ware in Oakland Berkley or san Francisco

also check the Progression Videos to get a taste of what we call safe/slow progression.

Hey Vincent! Welcome...

Self training is training, especially if one has a physical disciplines background, and if one calls it "training", instead of "messing around"... thus, it seems that you fit the bill.
;)

Nevertheless take a look at this basic guide, if you want, and in the Technique and Methods forum section... lots of good advise there.
I also like this "training solo vs. training in group" blog...

Then come out asap!

Self training is very good! Don't worry that you have never trained with a "teacher." I would suggest you come to one of the Sunday Basic Training sessions. That is a great place to learn!
