Don't sweat it we have jams every day on Saturday, just come when you have time. You don't have to worry about how old you are; unless your limbs are periodically falling off, you can do parkour. I got my dad to do a kong over a table and he's nearing 50!
Also, SafeNSure's suggestion is very sound; it might be a long drive to SF, but you'll learn a mindblowing amount at one of those! It's completely worth the time.

just read your answer to Fyrel, who I recommend for another date, with his brother and their sessions...
But if you want to find your match (age-wise) bring your old, but hopefully not tired, body to SF on one Sunday at the basic trainings... I guarantee the presence of a couple of dads, and various oldies-but-goldies!
