I am now at full 3 months after achilles repair surgery and the best thing I can say is that I can now walk at a good pace and without a limp. Still have a long way to go in recovering the strength in the calf muscle and the tendon, so no running or jumping yet. Miss you guys too. When my workload gets lighter, I might come out and shoot some pics of a session.
Hey Greg, hope you're moving that upper body of yours in your recovery ;) if you need a core and upper body program to do while you're off your feet, let me know!
