Can you support the group with transportation? # of seats?
yea. I have a Subaru Forrester. 5 total.
About Me:
Not much to tell, I am approaching 50 and I HATE gyms. I am very interested in learning how to do this lovely, and beautiful way of moving. I work 5 days a week in the morning. I have 2 horses and several cats.
So, do ya think being as old as the hills, there is a chance this old bird can learn this movement?
Other Physical Disciplines:
Pretty much just running and riding a bike. Oh yea a little horse back riding too. Once in a while a little yoga, but not in quite a while.

Running and riding a bike is already a great background for this, no rush on this artform, there's a lot you get from learning parkour. Hope you enjoy yourself Sunday. And welcome!

Hope you're all right and to see you another time soon.
(suggestion: "yes it does!"...)
It's about the journey not the destination... but you knew that already.
;)
You did great, btw.!
With some patience, you'll be progressing in no time.
And then you'll get to appreciate those long leverages you've got!
=)
Aside of these basic guidelines, you may want to consider dropping in at one of these session: indoor squishy-ness at its best.
