I've decided that now I've trained at Powerbocking for a while to increase my physical wellbeing, it's time to try some Parkour/Free Running. I've seen it on TV shows like Top Gear, and many times on Youtube, and always wanted to start at it. WikiHow recommended this website to me, so I guess I'll start from here!
