Is this still an active group? I'm down to get some meets going. I go to a gym every wed in livermore and there are people practicing all of these everytime. The staff there has told us if we can get enough people interested on other days we can do it multiple times a week, which would be awesome. Also just meeting at a public park would be a great way to introduce ourselves and practice together.
Sounds awesome! I did gymnastics for four years when i was younger, its transferred perfectly into freerunning bar work, flips etc. This sounds like a great group
I can do flips and spins really well on trampolines and diving boards and stuff like that. But I want to learn is to do them through everyday environments.
