Thank you for posting this! I've been meaning to look for a good while now, but never quite got around to it. This stuff is really important; in addition to strengthening your ankles, it also improves shin strength. Both my brother and I already have gone through having shin splints shortly after starting parkour, and it is not fun. Shin and ankle strength are important. Good stuff!
