Train Hard - Stay Humble


Just want to get this out there, about how important ankle preperation is. And additional methods on strengthening are welcome also.


This one is specifically for Parkour, but the maker of this video reccomends also seeing the video above.

Thank you for posting this! I've been meaning to look for a good while now, but never quite got around to it. This stuff is really important; in addition to strengthening your ankles, it also improves shin strength. Both my brother and I already have gone through having shin splints shortly after starting parkour, and it is not fun. Shin and ankle strength are important. Good stuff!
...all the exercises of the first tutorial in 25 minutes a day.
Max 5' to do the 30 controlled precisions required by the second video (one every 10 seconds).

It's really just a matter of discipline...
