SFPK Bay Area-wide Monthly Jam #58

WHAT:
58th SFPK Monthly Jam!!!
I will be holding my 2nd Monthly This is a great school!!!

Everyone is welcome to come! Traceurs, freerunners, trickers, non-parkour practitioners  (Great opportunity to learn PARKOUR)
Just come and watch/play/train/condition/ETC.
All ages and experience levels are welcome. 
BEGINNERS are encouraged to come; it's a great chance to learn from those with more experience and get a feel for the community. 
Ages 16 and under must have parental permission.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, a good pair of running shoes, and we highly recommend bringing water.
Please make sure you read and agree to the Jam Waiver before attending any session.

By Bart - You can take bart to West Dublin/Pleasanton. There isn't a bus system on weekends to the school. But please let me know if you are taking bart. I can fit 5 people in my car and probably could get a friend to come help me take a group to the school if more are planning on taking bart.

PLAN:
9am-12pm Breakfast! Who ever wants to join me and friends for food before the jam 
12pm-12:30pm Meet up Parking lot closest to the school building. WARM UP
(12:30pm-1 or 1:30pm Beginners Class)
12:30pm-Sundown?? JAM!!!
LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT BOMB MEXICAN FOOD OR BBQ FOR DINNER!!!!
