Event Description

Come to this amazing playground and train to run obstacles quickly and efficiently!

we will work on the following:

1. Stringing moves together smoothly
(flow)

2. Thinking on your toes, adapting quickly to find best route (agility)

3. Hitting points of contact/surfaces to minimize time and maximize stability
(speed)

* Intermediate skills session (Proficiency in basic Parkour moves recommended)

Off topic, but My Movie Girl, a movie I worked on, is playing at the Roxie this Saturday evening as part of SF Indiefest. It would be cool to see folks there.
