Event Description
Meet at the grassy area near the Pool and Football field
Monday is Kong day. That means Kongs, 2 hand vaults turn vaults etc. Do anything thats gonna work chest and upper back. Lots of QM today. Lets all get barrel chested you guys!
We will be training at Carlmont highschool in Belmont. Night training session the school is well lit for it.
Aside from Vaults conditioning, We'll work on basic landing and roll technique.
