Event Description

Put your best foot forward, it's all in the hips, Wednesday is Dash day. Arms and Core.  Lazy/thief Speed, Dash and under-bar training. This is also a good day to work on climbing training, Meaning Climb ups, muscle ups. and laches. Lots of opportunity for working on flow today too.

Since it's raining pretty hard today, We're gonna train at our backup spot San Mateo High School. There's a big covered area with rails tables and ledges to do stuff on so we can continue training in this rain.

Please give me a call if you're having trouble finding it.

Couldn't make this one, but I'll be free for the next two weeks for stuff like this. :))
