Event Description

Crossfit Marin has Optional Skill Training Night (i.e. open gym) every Friday and welcomes BApk and the rest of the outdoor community to come train.

If you plan on going, they would appreciate a heads up. Give Roger (4I5.25o.971o) or Ryan (ninety-four.nine.sixty-seven.seven.five.o.seven) a call, then go play.

The CFM guys would love to see you though. I had a blast last time. Great group to train with, had a lot of fun and was very inspired.

Comment by marisa on December 31, 2009 at 12:19pm: Crossfit Marin has "optional skill training" scheduled every Friday for people to drop in, so you don't need to reserve a spot or anything. I just made it an event to see if anyone wanted to go with me. :)

Comment by Nils on December 31, 2009 at 11:06am: Yo everybody -- I just called Crossfit to reserve a spot, and the trainer I spoke with seemed unsure as to whether this event would be happening or not -- said he would check with his coworkers and call me back... so I'll post if I hear any news about this.
Just wanted to let you know in case it affects your planning -- hopefully I'll see y'all there. Otherwise, Sunday.
