Train Hard - Stay Humble

I know that many of us do not like the way the yamakasi guys practice, and i know that much of their "untraditional"
technique might look bad- or even painful, but remember that parkour is not have a vertain "right way of doing something....

I like the way they move nad the way this video was filmed..so i thought i would share it :)

Cool video, I do agree that there is no right way to get from A to B or back from B to A. However i do believe that there is proper technique, or at least a method that will place the least amount of stress on your body.

As for painful techniques, I don't mind other people training in methods that hurt themselves. Everyone learns and progresses differently. However I do think it can be irresponsible to inspire others to train in a manner that will likely cause themselves harm. I would prefer to think that everyone here knows their own limits and trains accordingly.

Either way cool video :)
