Train Hard - Stay Humble

PKTO's Bullfrog shows off pkdanno's PKgym (phew!)

(with a title like that who needs a description) ...Bullfrog from PKTO put together a sampler (apparently a rare occurrence for him), which also shows the pretty-much complete Toronto Parkour facility.

Maybe some people are interested in seeing the place, and this is the first vid that shows it since it's been opened.

ps: somebody may like to see slow motion "thief vaults" well done and filmed at 1:10 and following...

Now that's what I've been trying to find out. The guys at SF have the Acrosports thing they can go to on Wednesdays, but we still need to find one. Gogo South Bay scout team?

Orem, I love the cat house idea for a PK Gym. Or maybe we ought plan construction of such a human-sized version of this cat tree for next year's Burning Man (thinking back to Bio's post)

man, if you're going to go through the trouble of building a pk gym, you should figure out ways of meeting the city's building standards (or whatever constrains architects) and still build a building with unconventional rooms that make perfect sense to traceurs. Like rooms with only windows, no doors. Or a second story that has no stairs. I'm thinking it'd be very much like a cat house :D
