I haven't tried yet...but I naturally do 2 footers killing my momentum as said.

went out and "tested" today. i got more distance with a split foot takeoff and didn't fall, but it felt uncomfortable and unnatural after getting used to a two foot takeoff. guess it will feel better in good time...
