Train Hard - Stay Humble

Taylor: "Training video I put together from a day of solo training in La Cañada.

This video is meant to show the basics of Parkour and that it isn't about the huge stunts you see in most videos. I also wanted to show the progression, repetition, mistakes, and creativity in Parkour.

Most of the day I was trying to work on coordination and control, fluidity, and just trying to be creative with my environment, even if some of the movements aren't efficient, training is training.

Anyways, Enjoy.
Train well
Peace out

-The music is the same as the film "Visions" from Parkour Generations. I really like the tone and mood of their film so I tried to make something similar, attempting to give that same mood."

...this is good training!
There's always something to pick-and-try-yourself from this type of clips...

At the beginning of our Sunday session yesterday, at GWHS, I was feeling a little tired and "out" of it, so all I did as a warm up was what Taylor does from 0:36 to 0:40.
I did it on a rail, 9/10 series of 3 vaults per side, switching "good side", with a little run in between to go back to start.

It was a great confidence, rhythm, and concentration booster.
Had a great session after that.
