Yeah dude, I'm pretty hyped up about the early training for Sunday's more than anything now dude. We progress a lot more doing those. I'm trying to train once a week during school and then trying for twice and so forth. 10 @ GWHS sounds good. Should play some tag this time.
...yeah, I have followed the whole discussion at PKNA.
I like the opinions expressed, I like that -even coming from the UK- is about parkour and not freerunning, or about a mix of the two, I like the training action they show...
I don't like the didactic format they gave to it, or maybe they should have had a "speaker" read it (as TK did in Pilgrimage, in part... or simply TK is better at reading/talking...), I found it a little boring and too intellectual, I doubt that an absolute beginner would sit through it... (I didn't watch 2-3-4/4 myself, yet).
Nevertheless, a lot of well intended work, with good concepts...
That'd be really cool, since our school doesn't have class this friday, and that's when we have our weekly meeting. It'd be great to have a bunch of people from BAPK meet up with the crew up here. you know of any good places in north bay? maybe a good gym?
Sorry dude. I forgot that I committed to a Noe Valley session today after school. So, ifn you want, you can come over to Noe Valley and train with us, it's a quick ride on the 23. I'll call you after school.

GWHS is a bit far from the beginners' training. How about Sloat?
