So I'm not much for parkour videos these days, but last spring I gathered a bunch of folks (including our very own Chris/Kaos and Lindsay) and made one that I hope carries more meaning than your usual running around because to me, parkour is nothing but a bunch of hackneyed street gymnastics without a mindful approach that carries into other parts of life. Check it out, let me know what you think (honest criticism appreciated).

I'm not embedding because I want to support the festival that programmed the film- check out the other films, too.
I'm waiting to hear from a few more festivals including some locally so hopefully I'll have more updates soon about where Run will be shown on a big screen.

Agreed. Amazing editing, lighting, sound, everything. Nice expression and movements from the actors as well.
XXL.
That was pretty damn beautiful...
I don't know that I understood the description well, when it mentions an "obstacle that challenges him in ways he never planned for"... my reading was simply that most things are more fulfilling when shared with somebody you either unconditionally like, or you have a good understanding with.
Defining moments for me: 2:53 and 2:57; humbleness and complicity.
Great shooting, good sound, superb editing!
