Not much of a blogger, so this most likely won't get updated for a while. But just a little about me:
I've really just started Parkour...this week. >.>
Still working on strength training and building up my endurance.
My biggest problem is I have exercise induced asthma. Even though it isn't serious, it can be a hindrance.
Other than simple strength training, I'm working on rolling first and foremost, and going out on days I'm not working or at school to practice, both jumping and dashes.
Other than that, I am a vegetarian, and am really hoping to meet up with someone else around the Healdsburg/Santa Rosa area to practice/train with. :)
