You probably know by now that scuffs and scrapes come with the territory, at least at the beginning; this until you figure out where is your safe zone, train hard within those boundaries in order to slowly, but surely, progress, and then push the limits only when you really want to and feel confident about.
Check out our International Group, a lot of other mates there!
But maybe reviewing our starters guide is not a bad idea, just to refresh some concepts, that maybe at the beginning are kind of obscure...
