So much fun man! There are great days and rough days but it's all apart of the process which I am loving. Your gym training is great conditioning for your practice later on so it's all good. Try to stop by the playground sometimes though. It's fun and safe indoor on these cold wet days.
yeah man. Let's set something up for soon. I'm also looking into some outdoor classes while this great summer weather is still here. I still plan to attend indoor classes a couple time of week because the love the space and the teacher is awesome. What is your work schedule like? Maybe you could attend sometimes as well.
what's up man? I'm only 3 weeks in and it's awesome. I am learning alot as I got. The main thing is learning for and technique so that you don't get hurt. I'm learning alot at Athletic's Playground in emeryville on San Pablo. This place is great and has a great unlimited classes two week sign up offer. Also there are some classes outside throughout the week at Laney College and on the Berkeley campus. You should come out sometimes. It's fun to train with other and learn trick of the trade firsthand. I've never done anything Aerial. Sounds dope!
