About Me:: My Name is Dakota Foster, Im a Senior in High school, and ive been training and practicing parkour for a while now... I live in the north bay of the Bay Area in California, i first started parkour playing it in my mind as a form of lava tag, but before that i was breakdancing so my inspiration for my new life in Parkour.
I found that i am different from most people, i show my self in with the style of how i flow from distances.

Other Physical Disciplines:: Im 5'8 145 pounds umh... I dont know?!?! i guess i have the usual parkour body, 8 pac,midium size arms and legs, and for training i for inward push ups, far apart push ups, backward push ups, balanced crunchs, upside down sit ups, pull ups, and train mainly on roof to roof, but my favorite parkour are with hip high raillings.

Do you plan on SPAMMING this community?: "no... why?"
