Hey guys,
Many of you don't know me since I have been inactive on forums for quite a long time. I decided to focus more on my training and less of the antics online. Anyway enough about me. This is a video of my friend and stunt teammate Ivan aka Bam Bam. Its not the typical big movement video we focused on the flow, speed, and duration of each run.
