Train Hard - Stay Humble

Jow peeps, i just started this discussion, because i want to know if you do conditioning outside at your spots and if you use rails, walls and many more things for your conditioning training!, also i like to know, how do you think about it...

so let's get started..

Why i do this type of conditioning?

I do this type of conditioning because it's a lot more fun then doing push ups and sit ups and other stuff like that just on the floor and that are just normal exersize's, so i use my enviorment and sometimes i just use my training mate for some exersizes, also i do this type because, you will ganna see more possebiliy's in your enviorment, i practise this 2 or 3 times a week and it's just that i want to do it, because it aint boring, push ups and stuff are warming up exersizes, but for this, u really train for parkour itself and not only your strenght, if u dont understand me ;p just try out sometimes, go outside find a spot and create your own exersize like: ( a wall ) do 10 climbups, remove your left hand for 5 minutes and then do 10 climbups and remove your right hand.. so-on,

so, i like to know, what is your oppinion and if you are practising this. do you like it more then normal conditioning??

peace and i will hear about it ^^ p.s. sorry for my bad english :D haha

Bad English?! your English is awesome!

I mostly condition through practicing the movement...

so i guess that does tie in.
Kirill, you don't condition at all. LOL

Just kidding, but I think Tadlos should do more conditioning in the future. I already do conditioning three days a week, and I know you condition sometimes, but we could still take it more seriously.
And yes, I like it more than normal conditioning. QM is also great conditioning if you do it for a long time, and if you try different types.
