Howdy Y'all! Nico here from UCSC Parkour and Santa Cruz Parkour extending an invite to all of BApk traceurs to the first of a series of Summer Sun Fun Run Jams! :D Usually i post these events solely on the SFPK forums, but i thought hey, there's a huge south bay community that should hear about these events as well! so here we are!

Also, if rides are needed please just help each other out and all that fun jazz! :D Santa Cruz is always a fun place to train so THIS EVENT may be just the break you need from your monotonous weekend "in the bay" training sessions :]

Ill be out helping any beginners with the basic safety skills, basic moves, and of course be leading a warmup/cooldown for all those who wish to participate! :]
