SoCal workshop

BApk veteran and coach Jodie will be a special guest at this happening in Southern California.

Whether you've been doing parkour for years or have never even heard of it, you will want to come to this workshop--open to all ages and skill levels.

Meeting will be at the Studio for registration, introductions, etc. Then, as part of the warm-up, participants will run down the road to Cabot Park. Once at the park the actual instruction, practice, and FUN will start!

Close to the end there will be more conditioning and stretching.

Cabot Park has plenty of obstacles to practice quadrupedal movements, vaults, precision jumps, cat leaps, muscle-ups, tic-tacs, cranes and more! FYI, the park has public restrooms and drinking fountains. The area used for most of the time is pretty well shaded, so you won't have to worry too much about the heat.

The workshop is scheduled to go from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and will cost $5. Please show up a few minutes early in order to start on time. Thanks!
