Monday, we move forward in our pk training. Specifically we will focus on "Kong Movements" Basically any movement that involves shifting our weight and momentum forward. This session is meant to focus on the basic progressions up through advanced variants of a movement on various obstacles. It is intended for both beginner and intermediate traceurs. This is an opportunity for beginners to learn many new movements and for more advanced practitioners to condition their movements for more diverse situations.
28th Ave and Alemeda De Las Pulgas San Mateo CA
A Park made of picnic tables, a skate park, some old school playgrounds and a pretty cool creek. A great place for working on basics, and for playing around.
This is a recurring event. We are always doing Kong days on Monday unless otherwise specified. It is usually at Beresford park but check in for each week in case it changes.
Aside from Vaults conditioning, We'll work on basic landing and roll technique.
