This Sunday, at lunchtime, we'll go back "home"...

On the menu:
appetizer:
- warm up/stretch
first course:
- jog/stair runs/quadrupedal movements
- rolls
main course:
- basic techniques
- follow the leader runs
dessert:
- PK games (tags, PDQ, CTF...)
