Event Description

regular beginners training, focus on adaptability
-all levels welcome-

BART map

...official start at 1:00pm at Capuchino's, but pick ups from SF/eastbay/marin from 12:00/12:30 (which allows for shuttling peeps from Burlingame BART too).

After warm-up/stretch, we'll make it a point of training around the various "stations", adapting techniques to different areas.

Possible diner-stop after...

(Minors/peeps w/concerned parents: being a 'fellow' parent, I'm available to give cell.ph. contacts/name/references as "supervisor" on location... [no liability on training!])
