About Me:

Am new to parkour, though I have been a tai chi qigong, baguazhang, and zhan zhuang practitioner since 1989. With some previous experience in wing chun, yoga and dance. Now just focusing on practicing tai chi qigong & Zhan Zhuang, and teaching Tai Chi Qigong & Zhan Zhuang since late 90s. Years ago before I ever heard of parkour or free running, I loved running through forested areas moving around, over, under, through things fluidly and playfully. Want to do this more again, and with more skills.

When I lived in Oregon I use to use combined gravity and freeruning to move fluidly around, over, under and through various natural and human made things.

I currently am a certified massage therapist and tai chi qigong & zhan zhuang teacher in San Rafael, Ca.

Other Physical Disciplines:
