Train Hard - Stay Humble

"This video doesn't show my movement Training, but runs executed specifically for filming them. During normal training I try to repeat runs for so long, that they become clean and smooth. With these we only did a handfull of takes per run, always starting with the first try. The reason for this video is one the one had to have a milestone for myself to look back too, but most of all to give something back to those who inspire me and the ones who told me that I inspire them. But since I don't like shooting videos during my training anymore, I put little time and motivation in the making of this. We sacrificed two afternoons for the shootings and one evening to edit them. Some of the runs I already had in mind or done previously, some were invented at the spot.

Thanks to all who care!

Cheerio, Flo

...seriously: this is too good.

At 3:24 I feel I'm getting tired myself, just watching him.

Thank you Flo... I care.
